How MPGCARE Works With Partner Hospitals in Turkey
MPGCARE coordinates treatment in Turkey at Medical Park and Liv Hospital: what we do, partner hospitals by city, transfer, interpreter and our Batumi office.
MPGCARE (also written MPG Care) is a licensed health tourism company that coordinates treatment in Turkey for international patients. We do not treat patients ourselves. Our job is to connect you with the right doctor at one of our partner hospitals, such as Medical Park and Liv Hospital. We also organise your appointment, transfer and communication along the way. The examination, diagnosis and treatment are carried out by the hospital and its doctors.
Many patients from Georgia first find us while searching for “medical park trabzon” or for treatment in Turkey in general. This guide explains in plain terms what MPGCARE does, which hospitals we work with, and how to start the process from Georgia.
What MPGCARE Does And What The Hospital Does
MPGCARE handles the coordination of your medical travel. The hospital handles your medical care. This split matters, because it tells you who to ask about what.
| MPGCARE | The hospital |
|---|---|
| Reviews your request and sends your reports to the right department | Examines you and makes the diagnosis |
| Books your appointment with the hospital | Decides on the treatment plan |
| Plans your transfer from the border or airport | Carries out tests, procedures and treatment |
| Provides interpreter and coordinator support | Sets the final treatment cost after examination |
| Stays in contact before, during and after your visit | Issues your medical reports and receipts |
MPGCARE is a licensed travel agency. Our licence number is 12262, and our head office is in Rize. We also have offices in Batumi (Georgia), Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Columbus, Ohio (USA). Licence and office details come from mpgcare.com, accessed 13 October 2026.

What MPGCARE does not do. We do not diagnose, give medical advice or promise treatment results. These decisions belong to the hospital’s authorised doctors.
Payment. MPGCARE does not ask for prepayment. You pay directly at the hospital cashier, and the hospital gives you a receipt.
If you are not sure where to start, a short message to your patient coordinator is enough. We will guide you from there.

Medical Park Trabzon for patients from Georgia. Trabzon is the closest city with MPGCARE partner hospitals for most patients from Georgia. Medical Park Karadeniz is in the city centre, about 10 minutes from Trabzon Airport. Its international patient unit offers support in English, Russian and Georgian. Medical Park Yıldızlı is in Akçaabat and has a larger campus with oncology units.
Which hospital is right for you depends on your treatment, the specialist you need and appointment availability. If you prefer a particular hospital or doctor, tell us at the start.
How A Patient From Georgia Starts The Process

Starting is simple. You contact us, share your reports, and we take care of the coordination.
- Contact MPGCARE. Call our Batumi office, write to us, or use our online contact form.
- Share your reason for applying and your medical reports. Doctor’s reports, test results and imaging reports help the hospital understand your case. MPGCARE translates Georgian documents free of charge.
- Receive a treatment offer. This usually takes about three days after your documents are reviewed.
- Confirm your appointment. Once the doctor and hospital are agreed, confirmation usually takes one to two days.
- Travel to Turkey. We plan your transfer and support you on arrival.
- Return home. We arrange your return journey and stay in contact for follow-up questions.
These timelines are based on MPGCARE’s written information, October 2026.
Each step has its own detailed guide:
- Which documents you need to get a treatment offer in Turkey
- How to book an appointment at Medical Park and Liv Hospital through MPGCARE
- How to travel from Batumi to Trabzon for medical treatment
Georgian citizens can enter Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days, with either a passport or an ID card. This comes from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accessed 13 October 2026.
Transfer, Interpreter And Coordination Support
Medical travel coordination is where MPGCARE makes the biggest difference. Here is what we provide.
Sarpi–Trabzon patient transfer.
- Free for patients whose treatment is organised through MPGCARE.
- Runs on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00, Turkish time.
- Uses a private bus or VIP minibus.
- One companion can travel with you, but a fee applies for the companion’s transfer.
For other times, contact our team. Our guide on how the Sarpi–Trabzon patient transfer works explains this service in detail.
Airport transfer. If you fly, the airport-to-hospital transfer is also free for patients. It runs from Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Samsun, Trabzon and Ordu airports.
Interpreter support. We provide interpreter support during your treatment process. Our Batumi team speaks Georgian and Russian.
The Batumi Office And How To Reach It
Our Batumi office is the easiest starting point for patients in Georgia. You can call, email or visit in person, and our team speaks Georgian and Russian.
| Batumi office | |
|---|---|
| Address | Shavsheti Street N2, Floor 1, Office A, Batumi |
| Phone | +995 591 989 952 |
| batumi@mpgcare.com | |
| Opening hours | 10:00–18:00 |
You can also reach our main line, +90 850 259 5553, by phone or WhatsApp.
Georgia is one hour ahead of Turkey: Georgia uses UTC+4 and Turkey uses UTC+3. Appointment and transfer times are given in Turkish time unless your coordinator says otherwise.
If you prefer to talk in person, visit our Batumi office with your reports. We will review them with you and explain the next steps.
Your patient coordinator. Your coordinator is your single point of contact. They:
- confirm your appointment, transfer and hotel details;
- help you understand the hospital’s instructions;
- stay in touch with the hospital team on your behalf;
- help you plan your return and answer follow-up questions.
Residence permit support. If your treatment lasts longer than your visa-free stay, MPGCARE can support your residence permit application.
You do not have to manage the hospital, the language and the travel on your own. That is the whole point of a patient coordinator.
